We are professionals in a variety of professions with extensive management experience. Our goal is to provide solutions to small businesses' human resource and organizational development challenges.

We partner with several independent consultants and small businesses throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area to provide unlimited services to our clients.

VBS works with seasoned professionals who are familiar with working on a contractual basis and are adept in the use of technology. Most of our consultants find the hours and comfortable pace to be some of the "perks" of this position. Moreover, they derive genuine satisfaction from assisting clients with their HR requests. Projects range from half a day up to one year. Depending on the project, work can be done from your home during evening hours as well as during regular business hours. More and more, we need our team members to work at a client's location. Daytime availability is required for onsite projects.
